Friend

Good afernoon ladies. Hope your weekend went well. Here in SW MO we had a snow storm on Friday nite into Saturday...some say we got 6" and some same we got 8" of snow. Well I don't know for sure how much we got other than ALOT and add to the mix was sleet and rain. So yesterday and today, it's melting....and melting means a mess!! MUD!!! So now I'll pray for warm days to dry up the ground. Til then, I'll have to give my furbabies a bath every nite. We call then the "mud pups" in this kind of weather.

Todays card I'm sharing is one we did at SAS a couple of weeks ago. I found this card over at Stampin Connection and just loved it. Everyone who attended had a great time.

Crinkled Circle Flowers

Good morning ladies. WOW! It's been awhile since I've posted. I'll be back posting more in the days to come. I've got alot that I want to share with you. Hope your week has started out well.
Did you watch the Olympics? I sure did, what fun. I think this is the very first time ever that I've watched everyday/night. So much going on in the world today, Earthquakes, Tsunami's, Snow Storms in the East...and more storms to come. March came in like a "lamb" here in SW MO. So you know what that means....out like a "lion", which is pretty normal that we have ice storms in March. So if you are in any of the effected areas of bad weather and such, stay safe.

On to todays card...I found this one over at Stampin Connection (SU demos only), wow is that place loaded with ideas and information. So I can't link to the orginal poster, but I just love this card. Well, I have a love/hate for this card actually. I love the card design, but I don't like how I've got my crinkled flowers placed. I did change up the ribbon and the leaves from what the orginal creator had.

Materials for this project:

Inspired by Nature Stamp Set

Pretty in Pink Cardstock
Chocolate Chip Cardstock
Whisper White Cardstock
Old Olive Cardstock
Sweet Pea Designer Paper Stack

Old Olive Ink

Brads
Tafetta Ribbon
MS Fern Leaf Punch
SU Scalloped Edge Punch
Various Circle Punches
and the Top Note Die

That's it for today, thanks so much for stoppin by. Have a great day...remember to keep on stampin, it's good for your soul.
